Urs Killer, graduated from the Swiss Banking School and UBS FIAT-Programme. As a former member of the UBS senior management team he spent several years in North America where he gained international leadership and management experience within investment banking, wealth management, asset- and portfolio management. From August 1998 until June 2006 he acted as a partner of a well known recruitment firm focusing on banking specialists. He is a founding partner of Killer Köchli Mang KlG – Financial Services Recruitment which was established in October 2006.
Eva Köchli, lic. iur. graduated from law school in Zurich and completed the Human Resource Management Programme at the University of New York. After having obtained her law degree she spent several years at Credit Suisse First Boston in their Capital Markets division, including country responsibility. In 1995 she, together with two partners, established her first own company – a consulting firm specialising in the recruitment and selection of professionals within banking and for financial institutions and ever since specialises in the recruitment of positions within the areas of legal & compliance as well as corporate functions. In January 2008 she joined Killer Köchli Mang KlG – Financial Services Recruitment as a partner.
